Design of tests, characterization and simulation of TID and SET (ESA standard)

Located only a few steps away from one of the major cyclotrons in Europe, Incize provides radiation hardness characterization and modeling services for space applications following the ESA standard. We facilitate installation of the setup for the irradiation tests and provide electrical characterization before and after irradiation. Ability to characterize device immediately after irradiation can be crucial in some experiments. Therefore, proximity of our labs close to the cyclotron is an important added value. Experimental characterization can be supported by numerical simulations of radiation effects.
