Our team possesses extensive expertise in compact modeling and PDK developoment.
Services
We provide PDK support for silicon (Si and SOI) and III-V (GaN-on-Si) based technologies. This capability includes compact modelling such as BSIM, BSIMSOI and ASM-HEMT. We develop our own tools and optimization algorithms in order to reach specific error targets based on customer’s needs.
After parameters extraction, the model is customized for various non-commercial (Spice) or commercial simulators (ADS, HSPICE, Spectre and Eldo). The modelling and fitting is verified for DC, AC, RF and/or harmonic balance simulations, depending on customer’s needs.
