Responsibilities
Incize is looking to reinforce its R&D and cleanroom process team to build new technologies for RF communication and biosensors.
You will help develop and optimize the fabrication process of devices in a cleanroom environment using various microfabrication techniques (photolithography, physical vapor deposition, chemical vapor deposition, electro-chemical etching, reactive ion etching, etc.). You will also characterize the samples with various existing metrology techniques (optical and electronic microscopy, profilometry, gravimetry, ellipsometry, etc.), and develop and optimize new characterization techniques (mechanical, optical, electrical and thermal characterization). You will be a support to customer service and research. You will be involved in research with various applications such as RF electronics and bio-sensing. You will be trained and be part of a dynamic and growing team.
Profile & Requirements
- You have a science-oriented master’s degree (e.g. materials science, chemistry, physics, engineering)
- You are meticulous and detail-oriented; you understand the importance of good documentation
- You have strong problem solving and analytical skills
- You have an aptitude for research & development
- You know how to communicate well within a multicultural environment
- Ability to work well in a team
- You can work independently and safely
- You know how to manage and complete projects in a timely manner
- Cleanroom environment and/or micro-electronics environment experience is a plus
- You can speak English. Knowledge of French is advantageous
